We believe that you are the expert in your life, you know what the answers are. Sometimes you just need someone to help you uncover that. This is what coaching is all about. We will discover together what the best solutions for YOU and YOUR life are and what the best way is to reach the goals you have.

Our process

When you decide you want to be coached by us, you can contact us directly. We will setup an intake meeting in which we can explore whether coaching is for you, what it could do for you and if we are a good match – in other words if our personalities work well together. Any questions you have can be discussed. An intake meeting is free of charge, no strings attached. After that, it is up to you to decide if you are ready for this adventure of a lifetime 🙂

Should you decide to move forward with us, we will design a coaching program with you, that is specific to your goals and needs.

The program will include the Energy Leadership Index™ assessment. Click on the link to find out more about it. It is a fantastic tool that will help you understand how you are looking at the world right now and it what way this benefits you or holds you back.

The program also includes Core Energy Coaching™ sessions (obviously) in which we help you to reach your dreams in the best way possible.
